BMO Capital analyst Bhavesh Lodaya raised the price target on Element Solutions (NYSE: ESI) to $45.00 (from $40.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.

The analyst commented: "ESI Kicks of 2026 with Strong 1Q as Electronics Momentum Cont.; ESI delivered a solid 1Q with Electronics growth (15% organic) continuing to outpace expectations. The strong results and raised FY guide should alleviate concerns some had that weak consumer electronics (smartphones etc.) could create headwinds. Overall, ESI mgmt. is sounding more confident around sustained strength in Electronics supported by continued momentum in semis, adv. packaging, data-center sols and AI-related demand. ESI is investing (capex & WC) to serve this growing demand, and we continue to see leverage <2.5x by YE. Investor Day is planned for 5/18. Maintain Top Pick."
