Sekur Private Data Inc. (OTCQB: SWISF) announced the appointment of Lieutenant General Raymond Palumbo, U.S. Army (Retired), as Chairman of its Strategic Advisory Board. The Miami-based cybersecurity company serves enterprise, government, and defense clients with Swiss-hosted communications solutions.

General Palumbo completed 34 years of military service, concluding his career as Director for Defense Intelligence and Commander of the Pentagon's Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Task Force. He previously served as Assistant Commanding General of the Joint Special Operations Command and Deputy Commanding General of the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.

In his new role, Palumbo will provide strategic guidance on Sekur's expansion into military and defense communications markets and advise on government procurement strategies. He will work with the company's Chief Technology Officer, John T. Lewis, a former CIA Senior Intelligence Service Executive.

"Secure communications is not an abstract concept for me - it is a mission-critical operational requirement I lived every day for 34 years in the military," Palumbo stated. "Sekur has built a defense-grade secure communications platform that addresses exactly those requirements."

Following his military retirement, Palumbo founded Venturi Solutions LLC, a defense strategy firm. He currently serves on boards of several companies including ELTA North America Inc. and W.S. Darley & Company, Inc.

Sekur offers encrypted communication solutions including SekurMail, SekurMessenger, and SekurVPN, designed for Controlled Unclassified Information protection. The company operates through its website, approved distributors, and the U.S. General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule.

CEO Alain Ghiai described Palumbo's appointment as "a defining moment for Sekur" that brings military credibility and strategic access to the company's defense sector expansion efforts.
