Alpha Modus partners with InComm Payments for cash deposit services
Alpha Modus Holdings (NASDAQ: AMOD) announced an Account Load Services Agreement with InComm Payments that will allow Alpha Cash customers to make cash deposits at over 90,000 retail locations nationwide.
The agreement enables Alpha Cash users to deposit physical cash at participating InComm Payments retail locations using a digital barcode generated through their mobile app. The service utilizes InComm Payments' VanillaDirect barcode technology and existing retail network.
Alpha Cash customers can present their app-generated barcode along with cash at any participating location to add funds to their accounts instantly. The service does not require bank branches or ATMs.
"Alpha Cash is a delivery mechanism for consumer-facing financial intelligence, and InComm Payments gives us the cash-in technology and physical distribution to match that ambition," said William Alessi, Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Modus Holdings.
The company stated the agreement extends its reach across thousands of retail locations without deploying physical kiosks, allowing for a mobile-first experience. Alpha Modus described the partnership as part of its strategy to build a consumer-facing financial services platform.
Alpha Modus operates as a vertical AI company focused on retail shopper engagement and attribution. Through its subsidiary Alpha Modus Financial Services, the company offers various financial services including embedded banking, remittance, bill pay, check cashing, and money transfer services.
