GE HealthCare reorganizes operations with new executive appointments
GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: GEHC) announced organizational changes to its executive leadership and operational structure, according to a company press release.
The company appointed Phil Rackliffe as President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Imaging Solutions, a new segment combining the Imaging and Advanced Visualization Solutions units. This merger creates a $14.6 billion segment that includes MR, CT, Molecular Imaging, Women's Health, X-ray, Ultrasound, and image-guided solutions.
Catherine Estrampes was named Chief Commercial and Growth Officer and will lead Global Markets, a new region covering all markets except China. Will Song continues to lead the China market.
As part of the restructuring, Roland Rott, President and CEO of Imaging, will leave the company. Elie Chaillot, previously President and CEO of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Rest of World, will transition to a strategic role focused on special projects.
The changes are effective immediately and aim to streamline operations while maintaining separate segments for Pharmaceutical Diagnostics and Patient Care Solutions.
"We are simplifying how we operate and positioning ourselves to serve customers in a more integrated and differentiated way to enable growth and margin acceleration in 2026 and beyond," said Peter Arduini, President and CEO of GE HealthCare.
Rackliffe joined GE HealthCare in 2022 and previously led the Advanced Visualization Solutions segment. He has nearly three decades of healthcare experience at companies including Baxter International, Boston Scientific, and Pfizer.
Estrampes joined GE HealthCare in 1990 and has held various leadership roles across regions, most recently serving as President and CEO of USCAN.
The company expects to provide updated financial results reflecting the new segment structure in its second quarter 2026 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
