ECS rebrands to Everforth ECS following parent company name change

April 28, 2026 9:11 AM

ECS, a government technology contractor, announced it has rebranded to Everforth ECS following its parent company's name change from ASGN Incorporated to Everforth, Inc. (NYSE: EFOR).

The company provides technology solutions in data and artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation to U.S. government agencies including defense, intelligence, and federal civilian departments. Everforth ECS is part of a $4 billion enterprise that includes seven subsidiaries now operating under the unified Everforth brand.

The legal entity name ECS Federal, LLC will remain unchanged for contractual and legal documentation purposes. Customer commitments, contract vehicles, certifications, facilities, and cleared workforce will continue without modification.

"At Everforth ECS, we remain the same mission-driven, tech-powered partner our customers know and trust," said Donnie Scott, president of Everforth ECS.

Ted Hanson, CEO of Everforth, stated that the rebranding "strengthens what we've always done well while expanding what we can deliver" to government agencies.

The company indicated the rebrand will provide access to expanded capabilities across Everforth's portfolio, which includes digital engineering, commercial technology, and consulting services. The transition aims to deliver integrated solutions, accelerate AI adoption, and expand access to technical talent.

The rebrand will be implemented across digital platforms, marketing materials, and corporate communications over the coming months. The company will operate from the same website domain, now redirected to www.everforthecs.com.

Information is based on a company press release.
