Alluvium partners with Adobe on healthcare capacity management solution
Alluvium, a healthcare enterprise access platform provider, announced a collaboration with Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) to develop supply and demand intelligence solutions for health systems. The partnership combines Alluvium's supply orchestration technology with Adobe Experience Platform capabilities.
The joint solution addresses three areas: strategic planning for marketing decision-making and provider utilization, patient access through unified scheduling systems, and care engagement through personalized communications. According to the companies, the offering aims to bridge gaps between healthcare supply capacity and patient demand.
"By combining Adobe's capabilities on the patient experience and communication side with Alluvium's expertise in provider access and capacity intelligence, we are delivering unparalleled healthcare experiences that are personalized and data driven," said Tory Smithe, Head of Digital Strategy Group of Healthcare & Life Sciences at Adobe.
The collaboration targets organizational inefficiencies in healthcare marketing, capacity management, and patient engagement. Adobe's 2025 AI and Digital Trends Healthcare report indicates that 66% of healthcare consumers would consider switching providers if communications fail to meet expectations, representing a 15% increase from 2023.
Jake McCarley, Chief Executive Officer of Alluvium, stated that healthcare organizations have lacked visibility into provider capacity and patient demand, resulting in wasted marketing expenditure and scheduling inefficiencies.
The solution integrates real-time scheduling accuracy, cross-channel communication orchestration, and referral completion systems. The companies indicate the platform will provide marketing teams with demand visibility while offering operations teams patient demand insights.
Alluvium provides enterprise access and capacity performance platforms for health systems, while Adobe develops digital experience software for various industries including healthcare.
