ASML repurchases 64,023 shares for €79.4 million in five-day period
ASML Holding N.V. (NASDAQ: ASML) conducted share repurchases totaling €79.36 million over five trading days from April 20-24, according to a regulatory filing.
The Dutch semiconductor equipment manufacturer bought back 64,023 shares at weighted average prices ranging from €1,223.27 to €1,252.94 per share. The largest single-day repurchase occurred on April 23, when ASML acquired 12,975 shares for €15.87 million.
Daily repurchase amounts remained consistent at approximately €15.87 million throughout the period. The transactions were executed under ASML's current share buyback program, which was announced on January 28, 2026.
The share repurchases are part of ASML's ongoing capital return strategy. The company disclosed the transactions in compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation (Nr. 596/2014), which requires public disclosure of buyback activities.
ASML manufactures lithography systems used in semiconductor production and is headquartered in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
