Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) announced a multi-year partnership with Formula 1 to become the racing series' first Official Risk Partner and Official Insurance Brokering Partner, according to a company statement.

The global risk management and consulting firm will receive prominent trackside branding and the ability to create guest experiences at races worldwide. "Formula 1 embodies the pinnacle of performance, precision and resilience—values that are deeply aligned with Marsh's commitment to helping clients navigate complexity and unlock opportunity," said John Doyle, President and CEO of Marsh.

Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula 1, said the partnership brings Marsh's focus on performance and innovative solutions to enhance the sport.

The partnership marks Marsh's first enterprise-wide global sports sponsorship as the company operates under a unified global brand. Formula 1 reaches more than 827 million fans worldwide, according to the announcement.

Marsh operates in 130 countries with annual revenue of $27 billion and more than 95,000 employees. The company provides risk management, reinsurance, capital advisory, and consulting services to clients across various industries including automotive, transportation, and entertainment sectors.
