Pentair announces pool division leadership changes

April 28, 2026 6:51 AM

Pentair (NYSE: PNR) announced that Jerome Pedretti, executive vice president and chief executive officer of Pentair Pool, will leave the company effective July 1, 2026, concluding more than 20 years with the water technology company.

The company will eliminate the chief executive officer role for its Pool division. De'Mon Wiggins, currently executive vice president and president of Pentair Flow and Pentair Water Solutions, will assume responsibility for the Pool segment as executive vice president and president of Pentair Flow, Water Solutions and Pool, effective April 28, 2026.

Pedretti will remain with Pentair through his departure date to facilitate the transition, according to the company's statement.

"Over more than two decades with Pentair, Jerome has made a significant and lasting impact on our Pool and Flow businesses through his leadership, deep expertise, and unwavering commitment to our customers and our culture," said John Stauch, Pentair president and chief executive officer.

The restructuring consolidates oversight of three business segments under Wiggins, who previously managed Flow and Water Solutions operations. The organizational change represents a shift in how Pentair manages its pool-related business operations.

Pentair reported revenue of approximately $4.2 billion in 2025 and employs about 9,000 people globally, serving customers in more than 150 countries. The company provides residential, commercial and industrial water solutions.
