Fossil Group Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL) announced that Chief Commercial Officer Joe Martin will resign from his position effective May 8, 2026, to pursue other interests. Martin informed the company of his decision on April 24, 2026.

Chief Executive Officer Franco Fogliato will assume Martin's responsibilities immediately. Fogliato previously managed the company's commercial sales organization from when he joined Fossil Group until Martin's hiring.

The company has begun searching for Martin's successor, according to the statement.
