Booz Allen Hamilton names Troy Lahr CFO, promotes Kristine Martin Anderson
Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) announced senior leadership appointments effective in May 2026, according to a company statement.
Troy Lahr will become Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on May 4, 2026. Lahr brings over 25 years of financial and business leadership experience from commercial technology and defense companies. He will oversee fiscal performance, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, and financial operations, reporting to Chairman and CEO Horacio Rozanski.
Lahr previously served as CFO at Sierra Space, where he led financial strategy and performance. Before that, he was CFO of Boeing's $27 billion Defense, Space & Security business and held various roles at Boeing including head of corporate investor relations, controller, and senior manager of mergers and acquisitions. He began his career in investment banking as an aerospace and defense equity analyst at Stifel.
Effective May 1, 2026, Chief Operating Officer Kristine Martin Anderson will assume the additional position of President while continuing to report to Rozanski. Anderson has served as acting CFO since February 2026 and has been with Booz Allen for 20 years, becoming COO in 2022.
The company also announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Shannon Fitzgerald will be promoted to President of the Civil Sector on May 1, 2026. Richard Crowe, currently Executive Vice President and President of the Civil Sector, has been appointed Chief Growth Officer.
Booz Allen Hamilton employs approximately 31,600 people globally as of December 31, 2025, and reported revenue of $12.0 billion for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025.
