Haleon names Richard Manso US chief marketing officer

April 27, 2026 10:00 AM

Haleon (NYSE: HLN) appointed Richard Manso as US Chief Marketing Officer, effective April 27, 2026. Manso will lead the company's integrated US marketing organization and report directly to Nathalie Gerschtein, US CEO and President, North America.

In his new role, Manso will focus on advancing data-driven marketing capabilities across Haleon's US business, including growth initiatives in Medicare Advantage OTC, GLP-1, and emerging platforms such as Women's and Pediatric Health. He will work to integrate data, technology and consumer insights to deliver personalized health experiences.

Manso joins Haleon from Google, where he served in senior leadership roles leading B2B marketing programs and driving adoption of data and AI-enabled marketing solutions. His background includes experience across consumer brands and digital strategy.

"Consumers are taking a more active role in managing their health—and that's raising expectations for the brands they trust," said Gerschtein. "Richard brings a forward-looking perspective at the intersection of marketing, data and technology that will help us continue to evolve and deliver better everyday health with humanity."

The appointment comes as Haleon seeks to strengthen its position in the consumer health market, where individuals increasingly expect personalized and on-demand health experiences. The company's portfolio includes brands such as Advil, Centrum, Sensodyne, and TUMS across oral health, over-the-counter, and wellness categories.

Manso will serve as a member of the US Leadership Team and partner with the leadership team to advance Haleon's consumer-centric organizational evolution.
