The actual unaudited first quarter results remain subject to completion of the company's quarter-end closing procedures and review by its independent registered public accounting firm.
ACM Shanghai's standalone financial results are reported in Chinese yuan under Chinese accounting principles, while ACM's consolidated results will be prepared in U.S. dollars under U.S. accounting principles, potentially creating material differences between the two reports.
