Atlas Lithium selects partners for Neves project implementation
Atlas Lithium Corporation (NASDAQ: ATLX) announced the selection of operational partners for its Neves Project implementation. The company awarded contracts to four firms following a competitive selection process conducted by its technical team.
The contracts were finalized at or below budget projections outlined in the company's Definitive Feasibility Study. According to the study, the Neves Project is expected to produce approximately 146,000 tonnes of lithium concentrate annually at an estimated operating cost of $489 per tonne at the mine gate.
Promon Engenharia will complete detailed engineering components for the project. The firm, founded in 1960, has delivered more than 2,700 projects and has experience in lithium project development in Brazil.
TSX Engineering will oversee and manage project implementation. Founded in 2019, the company provides expertise in mining sector capital expenditure, cost management, project planning, and risk management.
Cerne Construções received an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contract for designing and constructing administrative and operational facilities. The company, established in 1989, offers modular construction solutions and mining infrastructure experience.
RETC Infraestrutura will handle earthworks and civil construction activities. The team brings over 40 years of combined experience in complex industrial projects across Brazil.
