Seaport Therapeutics appoints Dr. Sharon Mates to board of directors
Seaport Therapeutics announced the appointment of Dr. Sharon Mates to its board of directors. Mates served as co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Intra-Cellular Therapies from June 2002 until Johnson & Johnson acquired the company in 2025 for approximately $14.6 billion.
