Amaze signs letter of intent to integrate IRMA engine for creator rewards

April 27, 2026 6:30 AM

Amaze Holdings Inc. (NYSE American: AMZE) signed a letter of intent to integrate the IRMA engine, a platform developed by Digital Innovations Holding Group Inc., into its creator commerce platform. The integration aims to enable creators and fans to earn affiliate commissions and rewards through brand campaigns.

The integration would introduce an Amaze credit system powered by IRMA technology, allowing more than 13 million creators in the Amaze ecosystem to earn credits for promoting products, participating in brand campaigns, creating user-generated content, driving sales, and completing engagement tasks. Campaign funding would come from participating brands, marketing agencies, public relations firms, e-commerce companies, and public companies seeking performance-based promotion.

"By integrating the IRMA engine into Amaze, we are building a system where creators and fans can earn through participation while brands fund measurable outcomes," said Aaron Day, Chief Executive Officer of Amaze. He cited an example of a film studio or brand allocating marketing budget into an incentive pool that rewards creators and fans for promotion and user-generated content.

Under the proposed system, creators would opt into IRMA-powered campaigns and earn credits by promoting approved campaign content. The company plans to extend participation to fan communities, enabling fans to earn through engagement programs connected to their preferred creators.

Participating brands would receive real-time campaign visibility, including creator participation, engagement metrics, referral traffic, conversions, and return on investment data. The system would provide performance tracking for brand campaigns through the platform.

Digital Innovations Holding Group Inc. develops AI-powered marketing automation through its IRMA Engine platform, which enables organizations to execute and verify marketing campaigns across digital channels.
