Apogee Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: APGE) announced that two board members will resign effective May 11, 2026. Andrew Gottesdiener, M.D. and Peter Harwin notified the board of directors on April 21, 2026, of their intention to step down.

The company stated that the resignations are not the result of any disagreement with Apogee on matters relating to operations, policies or practices. Following the departures, the board will be reduced from nine directors to seven directors.
