National Veterinary Associates announced the appointment of Todd S. Young as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2026. Young will serve on the company's executive leadership team and report to Chief Executive Officer John Bruno.

Young brings more than 25 years of experience in human and animal healthcare, including over a decade as a public company CFO. He most recently served as CFO of Acadia Healthcare (NASDAQ: ACHC), a behavioral healthcare company, where he managed financial operations across its network.

Prior to Acadia, Young held the position of Executive Vice President and CFO at Elanco (NYSE: ELAN), an animal health company. He participated in establishing Elanco as an independent public entity following its separation from Eli Lilly.

"He has spent his career leading world-class finance teams in human and animal healthcare, and his public company experience and deep industry knowledge are exactly what we need as we enter our next phase of growth," said Bruno.

National Veterinary Associates operates a network of 1,300 care centers across North America, including veterinary hospitals, equine hospitals, pet resorts, and specialty and emergency services through Ethos Veterinary Health.
