Elemental Royalty Corporation (NASDAQ: ELE) announced development progress across multiple projects in its royalty portfolio, according to a company statement.

The Karlawinda Expansion Project operated by Capricorn Metals (ASX: CMM) remains on schedule with commissioning expected in the third quarter of 2026. The expansion aims to increase processing capacity to 6.5 million tonnes per annum from 4.0 million tonnes and boost annual gold production to approximately 150,000 ounces. Capricorn reported that over 90% of plant site concrete works have been completed and major equipment deliveries are progressing.

At the Viscaria copper project, operator Gruvaktiebolaget Viscaria (ST: VISC) has completed groundworks and entered the construction phase, targeting first production in 2028. The project expects to produce about 26,000 tonnes of copper annually over a 17-year mine life.

AbraSilver (TSX: ABRA) received approval for the Diablillos project under Argentina's Large Investment Incentive Regime, which provides fiscal stability and tax benefits. The company is working toward a construction decision later in 2026.

Fireweed Metals (TSXV: FWZ) commenced a feasibility study for the Mactung tungsten project, supported by the US Department of Defense. The study is expected to complete in early 2027, with a mine license application planned for 2027. Fireweed closed a C$61.5 million private placement to support project advancement.

Several portfolio assets have new operators following acquisitions. Zijin Gold International agreed to acquire Allied Gold for approximately C$5.5 billion, affecting the Bonikro and Korali-Sud assets. Hudbay Minerals (TSX: HBM) (NYSE: HBM) entered an agreement to acquire Arizona Sonoran and the Cactus Project. Mansa Resources acquired Pasofino Gold, which owns the Dugbe project.

Elemental holds various royalty percentages across these projects, ranging from 0.5% to 4% net smelter return or gross revenue royalties.
