Truist Securities analyst Mark Hughes raised the price target on First American Financial (NYSE: FAF) to $85.00 (from $82.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

The analyst commented, "We are raising our 2026 EPS estimate to $7.00 from $6.30, while we are also bumping up our 2027 forecast to $7.25 per share from $6.90. We are raising our price target to $85 (from $82) based on our view that the stock should trade at 12x our 2027 earnings estimate, in line with the company’s long-term norm."
