Vertiv (VRT) PT Raised to $370 at BNP Paribas Exane

April 23, 2026 11:30 AM

BNP Paribas Exane analyst Andrew Buscaglia raised the price target on Vertiv (NYSE: VRT) to $370.00 (from $345.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.

The analyst commented, "VRT (+) delivered a strong Q1 beat and raised its 2026 EPS guidance, although expectations were very high as the stock finished the day down ~2% (VRT was up ~20% over the last month). Americas drove much of the beat with organic growth up ~44% (vs. BNP up 35%) exceeding Street est's, while margins expanded >500 bp to 27%, beating our forecast of ~25%. APAC was largely in line, although EMEA sales were weak, down ~29%, due to timing related to soft orders from mid'25. However, VRT sounded confident in its EMEA outlook, raising its '26 guidance for flat sales yoy. This implies very strong growth in H2 as industry capacity issues subside and data center projects ramp. VRT still expects orders to be up yoy in '26 as it saw 'remarkable' strength in Americas, while EMEA orders were robust in Q1. We remain Outperform-rated on VRT as we continue to expect strong growth to accelerate in H2 and into 2027, providing further upside potential to consensus est's."
