SoundHound AI extends Casey's partnership across 2,600 stores

SoundHound AI Inc. (NASDAQ: SOUN) announced the renewal and expansion of its partnership with Casey's, the third-largest convenience retailer in the United States. The expanded agreement extends the deployment of AI-powered ordering agents across more than 2,600 Casey's locations.



The AI technology has processed more than 21 million guest interactions and handled millions of food orders since implementation. The voice AI ordering agents are designed to answer incoming calls for pizza orders, particularly during peak meal times, with the goal of reducing missed orders and hold times.

"Expanding our partnership with SoundHound AI allows us to scale a proven solution that improves the guest ordering experience and helps our team members operate more efficiently across thousands of locations."



The AI system is trained on Casey's menu and designed to understand natural speech patterns. Beyond taking orders, the technology can answer menu questions, provide information about specials and promotions, and assist with store inquiries.
