High Roller Technologies partners with Leverage Game Media for prediction markets
High Roller Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ROLR) announced it has signed a definitive marketing partnership agreement with Leverage Game Media to support the launch of a regulated event-based prediction markets product in the United States.
The agreement formalizes a previously announced letter of intent and establishes Leverage Game Media as a marketing and distribution partner for customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. The Las Vegas-based online casino operator said the partnership will utilize Leverage Game Media's digital content platforms and social media audience to support user acquisition for its prediction markets strategy.
Under the agreement, Leverage Game Media will use its data-driven marketing capabilities and social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engage audiences interested in event-based market participation. The media company operates social media communities including @NBAMemes, @NFT, @NFLMemes, @FightClub, @2KMemes, and @SlamDunk, delivering more than 1 billion annual views to over 5 million followers across its channels.
"As we move from intent to execution, formalizing this partnership with Leverage Game Media represents an important milestone in our U.S. prediction markets strategy," said Seth Young, chief executive officer of High Roller Technologies.
Jason Falovitch, co-founder of Leverage Game Media, said the company is excited to support High Roller's expansion into prediction markets, describing them as "a compelling evolution of digital engagement for sports and event-driven audiences."
The partnership will be subject to regulatory considerations and aligns with High Roller's strategy to expand into regulated event-based markets in the United States. High Roller Technologies operates online casino brands High Roller and Fruta.
