FTI Consulting Inc. (NYSE: FCN) appointed three senior professionals to its Health and Human Services practice in Australia. Kerrie Young joins as Senior Managing Director to lead the Data Analytics & AI team, while James Baulch and Cameron Cuthbert join as Managing Directors.

The expansion targets Australia's healthcare system, which faces rising demand, workforce constraints and funding pressures. The team will assist clients with digital health scaling, data-led care and AI implementation across clinical, operational and administrative workflows.

Young brings over 20 years of experience in data analytics and artificial intelligence initiatives. She previously served as managing director at an independent business advisory firm leading their Data & AI practice and spent nearly two decades as a partner at a Big Four firm focusing on advanced analytics.

At FTI Consulting, Young will support applied analytics, digital health initiatives, AI-enabled procurement and supply chain transformation, clinical decision support, scenario modeling and data integration across health and other industries.

Baulch has more than 15 years of experience developing analytics solutions and data strategies across healthcare and mining industries. He specializes in data strategy, systems and operations modeling, AI applications and workforce analytics.

Cuthbert brings over 15 years of experience in data, AI and analytics across healthcare, transport and private sectors. He focuses on designing and delivering analytical solutions including cloud-based platforms, decision-support tools, simulation and digital twins.

Both Baulch and Cuthbert previously worked as directors at Big Four organizations and independent business advisory firms. All three new hires are based in Sydney.
