Comment for Type of Reporting Person: On December 2, 2024, Mr. Fares Mohd Said Mustafa Abubaker (the "Reporting Person") acquired 2,999,999 Ordinary Shares of Micropolis AI Robotics (the "Issuer") at nominal value of $0.0001 per share. As of the date of this Statement, the Reporting Person beneficially owns 2,407,011 Ordinary Shares of the Issuer. Based on 35,653,447 Ordinary Shares outstanding as of April 22, 2026, the 2,407,011 Ordinary Shares represent approximately 6.75% of the outstanding Ordinary Shares of the Issuer. The Reporting Person has sole voting and dispositive power over these shares and shared voting and dispositive power over 0 shares of the Issuer's stock.
