SkinHealth Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: SKIN) appointed three independent directors to its board of directors, effective April 17. The medical aesthetics company named Kenneth Tripp, Dr. Sachin Shridharani, and E. Scott Beattie to the positions.

Kenneth Tripp serves as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Logistics at Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc., where he has led manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and commercial operations since 2018. He previously held senior operations roles at Cardinal Health Technologies and Covidien plc. Tripp retired from the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve after 25 years of service and will serve on the Audit Committee.

Dr. Sachin Shridharani is a board-certified plastic surgeon, founder of LUXURGERY, and Chief Medical Officer of SkinSpirit Essential. He has served as Principal Investigator on more than 60 clinical trials and co-authored over 200 peer-reviewed articles. Shridharani earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri and completed plastic surgery training at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He will serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

E. Scott Beattie brings over two decades of leadership experience in beauty and consumer products. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Elizabeth Arden, Inc. from 1998 to 2016, overseeing expansion into over 120 markets worldwide. Beattie currently serves as a director for multiple companies including Rexair, SENISCA Ltd, and Crisp Inc. He will serve on the Compensation Committee.

The board determined each appointee qualifies as an independent director under NASDAQ listing rules and SEC regulations. Following the appointments, the board comprises 11 directors. Two current directors, Desiree Gruber and Dr. Philippe Schaison, will not seek reelection at the 2026 annual meeting, reducing the board to nine directors after that meeting.
