Raymond James analyst John Ransom raised the price target on UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) to $370.00 (from $330.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "This was the cleanest UNH quarter reported in quite some time and shows evidence that the company appears to have gotten back on track and fundamentals within the insurance business are trending in the right direction. We think management has set a relatively low bar to clear and see upside to earnings estimates going forward from continued stabilization in the Medicare/Optum Health book, and cost efficiencies from AI initiatives."
