Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and Google Cloud announced the launch of the Gemini Enterprise Acceleration Program, designed to help enterprises deploy AI agents at scale. The program combines engineering resources from both companies with access to Google DeepMind models.

The initiative brings together thousands of AI engineers, forward deployed engineers, and industry experts from both organizations. Accenture will receive early access to Google DeepMind's frontier models, including the Gemini family, with the company's feedback helping to refine these models for enterprise use.

"AI is simple to try and hard to scale—and that's the moment leaders are in right now," said Julie Sweet, chair and CEO of Accenture. "The real shift is moving from using AI as a tool to deploying agents that can take on meaningful work across the enterprise."

Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud, stated: "The true potential of AI is unlocked when it moves from being a tool to a teammate. Together with Accenture, we're creating a new generation of enterprise solutions that don't just answer queries, but proactively solve complex business challenges."

The program includes dedicated engineering teams that will work on customer use cases to develop industry-specific AI solutions. It will leverage Accenture's Intelligent Digital Brain capability and Faculty's decision intelligence expertise for mission-critical decisions.

Organizations will have access to a catalog of hundreds of industry-specific agents built by Accenture and available on the Google Cloud Marketplace. The partnership also addresses sovereign AI data center needs with pre-built agents for sovereign deployment.

The companies are developing agentic commerce solutions and a new offering called Generative Content OS for marketing organizations. According to Accenture research, over 90% of frequent AI users would switch brands based on an agent's recommendation.

Accenture received Google Cloud's 2026 Global Services Partner of the Year award for the fourth consecutive year and was recognized as Global Partner of the Year for Artificial Intelligence.
