CGI and SSAB expand strategic IT partnership in Finland and Sweden
CGI (NYSE: GIB) and SSAB, a Nordic and U.S.-based steel company, have agreed to expand their strategic IT partnership. Under the agreement, CGI will deliver business-critical IT services supporting SSAB's operations in Finland and Sweden.
The partnership builds on more than 30 years of collaboration between the companies. CGI will support business continuity and operational reliability while enhancing supply chain resilience for SSAB's operations.

CGI will apply automation, artificial intelligence, and modern service platforms to support SSAB's digital transformation initiatives. The company leverages over 40 years of manufacturing experience in delivering these services.
SSAB operates steel mills in Sweden, Finland, and the United States. The company's shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm with a secondary listing on Nasdaq Helsinki.
CGI reported revenue of CA$15.91 billion in fiscal 2025 and employs 94,000 consultants and professionals globally. The company provides IT and business consulting services, systems integration, and managed IT services to clients across various industries.
