Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN) announced that Eric R. Ray, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, will retire from the company effective July 1, 2026.

Ray provided notice of his retirement decision on April 20, 2026, according to a company statement. The company said Ray's retirement is not the result of any disagreement with Radian Group regarding operations, policies or practices.
