Immatics to present four studies at 2026 ASCO meeting
Immatics N.V. (NASDAQ: IMTX) announced that all four of its submitted abstracts have been accepted for oral presentations at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting, scheduled for May 29-June 2, 2026, in Chicago.
The presentations will cover clinical data from the company's cell therapy and bispecific antibody programs targeting PRAME and MAGEA4/8 proteins. The studies include Phase 1b data on anzu-cel, Immatics' lead PRAME cell therapy, in advanced cutaneous and uveal melanoma, focusing on response patterns.
Additional presentations will feature updated Phase 1a dose-escalation and Phase 1b dose-expansion data for IMA203CD8, a second-generation PRAME cell therapy candidate, in gynecologic cancers. The company will also present Phase 1 data on PRAME cell therapies in synovial sarcoma.
The fourth presentation will cover updated results for IMA401, a MAGEA4/8 bispecific antibody, across multiple cancer types. The company stated this bispecific is being developed as part of a potential combination approach with its PRAME bispecific, IMA402.
The presentations are scheduled across different sessions from May 30 to June 1, 2026. Full abstracts will be available on the ASCO website on May 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
Immatics describes itself as focused on precision targeting of PRAME, a protein the company states is expressed in more than 50 cancer types. The company's pipeline includes T-cell receptor therapies and bispecific antibodies targeting this protein.
