Amazon One Medical introduced a weight management program that integrates GLP-1 medications with primary care services, according to a company announcement.

The program combines primary care consultations, pharmacy services, and virtual care options for patients seeking weight loss treatment. Amazon One Medical provides structured consultations, follow-up visits, and monitoring as part of patients' primary care relationships.

Amazon Pharmacy offers GLP-1 medications including newly FDA-approved Wegovy and Foundayo oral pills, with insurance coverage starting at $25 per month or cash-pay options beginning at $149 monthly for oral medications. Injectable options like Wegovy, Zepbound auto-injector, and KwikPen are available with cash-pay pricing starting at $299 per month.

The pharmacy provides same-day delivery to nearly 3,000 cities, with plans to expand to 4,500 cities by the end of 2026. Medications are available for delivery to all 50 states.

"Providing customers with fast, convenient medication access and clear, transparent pricing is integral to how Amazon Pharmacy is transforming the pharmacy experience," said Tanvi Patel, vice president and general manager of Amazon Pharmacy.

For existing GLP-1 prescription holders who are not Amazon One Medical patients, the company offers 24/7 telehealth prescription renewals starting at $29 for message consultations or $49 for video consultations. This service is limited to prescription renewals and not available for new prescriptions.

Amazon Pharmacy customers can compare insurance and cash-pay prices during checkout, with manufacturer coupons automatically applied when eligible. The company reports its customers have saved over $200 million through the automatic coupon program.

The GLP-1 Management Program is available at Amazon One Medical locations across the United States.
