Voyager Technologies signs MOU with Yonsei University for space research
Voyager Technologies (NYSE: VOYG) signed a memorandum of understanding with Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, to advance international space research and manufacturing through the company's VISTA science park ecosystem.
The partnership will develop research programs and applications for public and private sector use, according to a company statement. Yonsei University will receive reserved research resources, tenant opportunities and cross-border collaboration access within the VISTA ecosystem.
"The commercial space economy is an international story," said Jeffrey Manber, special representative to the chairman and CEO at Voyager. "Partnering with Yonsei University connects one of the world's most dynamic research and technology markets directly to VISTA."
Yonsei University ranks 50th in QS World University Rankings 2026 and is among South Korea's three most respected research institutions. The university will join Fortune 500 companies, startups and government agencies within the VISTA platform.
VISTA operates as a science park dedicated to in-space research, manufacturing and services, located on The Ohio State University campus. The facility provides access to the International Space Station and future commercial space platforms for developing space-based technologies across civil, commercial and national security markets.
Voyager Technologies operates as a defense and space technology company focused on mission-critical solutions. The MOU represents the company's strategy to build international partnerships within its commercial space ecosystem.
