Masco announces executive retirements and leadership changes

Masco Corporation (NYSE: MAS) announced two executive retirements and several leadership appointments in a reorganization of its management structure, according to a company statement.



Jai Shah, Group President of Plumbing and Wellness, will retire in July 2026 after 23 years with the company. Rick Marshall, Vice President of Masco Operating System, will retire in September 2026 following 37 years of service.



The company named three new leadership appointments. Jill Ehnes will serve as President of Delta Faucet Company and North America Plumbing, expanding her previous role as President of Delta Faucet Company. Arun Iyer was promoted to Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, joining Masco's Executive Committee. Steven Nikolopoulos joined the company as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer from Newell Brands, where he held the same position.



The organizational changes will result in the leaders of Masco's four largest businesses reporting directly to CEO Jon Nudi. Hans-Juergen Kalmbach, President of Hansgrohe, and Steve Stigers, President of Watkins Wellness, will remain on the Executive Committee with updated reporting structures.



"Through their commitment to high performance and integrity, both Jai and Rick have garnered the respect of employees and other key stakeholders," said Jon Nudi, Masco's President and Chief Executive Officer.



Shah held various leadership roles across finance, human resources, corporate strategy and group operations during his tenure. Marshall's experience included manufacturing, supply chain and customer service positions.



Masco manufactures home improvement and building products including Behr paint, Delta and Hansgrohe faucets, Liberty hardware, and HotSpring spas. The company is headquartered in Livonia, Michigan.
