April 21, 2026 6:34 AM

Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DK) appointed Amber Russell as Executive Vice President, Refining, effective April 20, 2026, according to a company statement.

Russell brings nearly three decades of energy industry experience to the position. She most recently served as Senior Vice President for bp Solutions and previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Refining, Terminals, and Pipelines at bp for more than five years. Earlier in her career, Russell held leadership positions at ExxonMobil.

The appointment follows the departure of Joseph Israel from his position as Executive Vice President, Refining and Renewables. Israel also departed from his role as an executive officer of Delek Logistics Partners, LP, both effective April 20, 2026.

Delek US entered into a separation agreement with Israel, under which he will receive separation benefits entitled under his Executive Employment Agreement dated March 27, 2023, as amended November 6, 2024. The company agreed to pay the cost of group medical continuation coverage under COBRA for eighteen months following the separation date.

The separation agreement includes general release of claims and non-disparagement provisions. The Board of Directors approved the leadership transition on April 16, 2026.
