Leidos partners with Havoc to integrate autonomous systems technology

April 20, 2026 4:04 PM

Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) announced a partnership with Havoc to integrate unmanned systems with collaborative autonomy technology. The collaboration aims to enable a single operator to command and coordinate fleets of platforms across contested areas.

The companies signed the agreement at Sea-Air-Space in National Harbor, Maryland, according to the press release. They plan to conduct a joint operational validation in the fourth quarter of 2026, where unmanned surface and aerial vehicles will operate under a single autonomy system.

Havoc's collaborative autonomy software will be integrated with Leidos' Autonomous Vessel Architecture on select platforms, starting with Sea Archer, the company's small unmanned surface vessel. The integration is designed to enable coordinated operations across systems while optimizing performance, integration speed and cost for mission applications.

"The future of warfare will be defined by how quickly and effectively systems can operate together across domains," said Cindy Gruensfelder, Leidos Defense President. "The Leidos and Havoc team will work to deliver integrated, mission-ready capability that gives commanders more options and operational advantage."

Paul Lwin, co-founder and CEO of Havoc, stated that integrating Havoc's autonomy across Leidos platforms is expected to compress integration timelines from months to weeks and move systems into production in days rather than months.

The partnership combines Leidos' maritime platforms and systems integration capabilities with Havoc's collaborative autonomy technology. Solutions will incorporate Leidos, Havoc, or a combination of both software architectures depending on mission requirements.

Leidos reported annual revenues of approximately $17.2 billion for the fiscal year ended January 2, 2026. Havoc was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island.
