Adobe unveils CX Enterprise AI system at Summit conference
Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) announced Adobe CX Enterprise at its Summit conference in Las Vegas. The system combines AI agents, agent skills and Model Context Protocol endpoints with an intelligence and governance layer to deliver customer experience workflows.
The company stated that CX Enterprise is designed to manage customer lifecycles from prospect acquisition to conversion and loyalty. The system incorporates Adobe Brand Intelligence, described as a reasoning engine for brand signals, and Adobe Engagement Intelligence, a decisioning engine for customer lifetime value optimization.
Adobe said the system extends partnerships with Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Cloud, IBM, Microsoft, NVIDIA and OpenAI for interoperability across platforms. The architecture allows businesses to extend agent skills and workflows across Adobe and partner solutions.
"Adobe CX Enterprise enables businesses to scale agentic AI with a fully customizable solution that is tailored to the needs of their organization," said Anil Chakravarthy, President of Customer Experience Orchestration Business at Adobe.
The system includes new agents across Adobe applications powered by Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator. Adobe stated it will bring the Adobe Marketing Agent to Amazon Quick, Anthropic Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, IBM watsonx Orchestrate and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
CX Enterprise features an agent skills catalog with reusable instructions for workflows, developer tools for building custom use cases, and Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker for executing tasks based on business goals. The Coworker component will be generally available in the coming months, according to the company.
Adobe Experience Platform currently powers over one trillion experiences annually and serves as the contextual layer in CX Enterprise. The company reported that over 20,000 global brands use Adobe solutions.
