Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) announced an expansion of its partner ecosystem at Adobe Summit to integrate artificial intelligence capabilities across enterprise customer experience workflows. The company is collaborating with technology platforms, agencies and system integrators to support its new Adobe CX Enterprise system.

The technology partnerships include integrations with Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Cloud, IBM, Microsoft, NVIDIA and OpenAI. Adobe Marketing Agent is now generally available in Microsoft 365 Copilot and in beta across Amazon Quick, Anthropic Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise and IBM watsonx Orchestrate.

Adobe is working with NVIDIA to build CX Enterprise Coworker using NVIDIA Agent Toolkit software, which will run on NVIDIA OpenShell platform for on-premises or cloud deployment. New integrations within Adobe applications include partnerships with Acxiom, Demandbase, Genesys, RainFocus and SAP.

The company expanded its Brand Concierge partnerships to include [24]7.ai, Algolia and Netomi for customer interaction management. Transaction capability partnerships include Adyen, PayPal and Stripe for checkout processes.

Global agencies including dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell and WPP are implementing CX Enterprise. System integrators Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM, Infosys, PwC and TCS are developing industry-specific solutions using Adobe's AI capabilities.

"Marketers shouldn't have to choose between their organization's AI tools and the marketing capabilities required to drive impactful outcomes," said Amit Ahuja, SVP of product, Customer Experience Orchestration at Adobe.

Adobe CX Enterprise includes the new Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker system designed to execute tasks based on business goals. The system is built on Adobe Experience Platform and serves over 20,000 global brands according to the company's press release.
