Bitmine reports Ethereum holdings reach 4.98 million tokens
Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc. (NYSE: BMNR) announced its Ethereum holdings reached 4.976 million tokens, representing 4.12% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens. The company reported total crypto and cash holdings of $12.9 billion as of April 19, 2026.
The company's cryptocurrency portfolio includes 4,976,485 ETH valued at $2,301 per token, 199 Bitcoin, a $200 million stake in Beast Industries, and $107 million in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS). Bitmine also holds $1.12 billion in cash.
Bitmine completed its uplisting to the New York Stock Exchange from NYSE American on April 9, 2026, continuing to trade under the symbol BMNR. The company acquired 101,627 ETH in the most recent week, marking its highest purchase pace since December 15, 2025.
The company has staked 3,334,637 ETH tokens worth $7.7 billion through its MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network) platform, generating annualized staking revenues of $221 million. The staked ETH represents approximately 67% of Bitmine's total ETH holdings.
According to Fundstrat data, Bitmine ranks as the 80th most traded stock in the US by dollar volume, with average daily trading volume of $1.2 billion over five days as of April 17, 2026. The company maintains the largest Ethereum treasury globally and ranks as the second-largest crypto treasury behind MicroStrategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR).
Thomas Lee, Bitmine's chairman, stated the company acquired ETH at an increased pace over four consecutive weeks, citing expectations that Ethereum is in the final stages of what he termed a "mini-crypto winter."
