Nanox signs deal to deploy 300 imaging systems across U.S. in three years
Nano-X Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX) announced a commercial agreement with Howard Technology Solutions to deploy 300 Nanox.ARC systems across the United States over three years. The deal includes deployment of 60 systems in the first year.
The Nanox.ARC is an FDA-cleared digital tomosynthesis system that provides 3D imaging capabilities. According to the company, the system offers lower cost and reduced radiation exposure compared to traditional CT scans.
Howard Technology Solutions will market the imaging systems to healthcare facilities and public sector customers through its national network. The company, a division of Howard Industries, provides technology procurement and deployment services to healthcare facilities and government agencies across the U.S.
"Howard's national reach and established presence in healthcare and public sector markets give us a scalable framework for expanding Nanox.ARC deployments," said Erez Meltzer, CEO and Acting Chairman of Nanox.
Frank Blanco, Vice President of Purchasing at Howard Technology Solutions, stated that the Nanox.ARC brings "advanced 3D imaging to facilities that haven't previously had access to this kind of diagnostic capability."
Howard Technology Solutions specializes in healthcare technology including point-of-care equipment, medication carts, workstation-on-wheels, and telehealth solutions. The company was founded in 2003 and assembles equipment in the U.S.
Nanox develops medical imaging technology and AI-based solutions for healthcare facilities. The company's platform includes imaging hardware, cloud-based software, and radiology services.
