Astec Industries names Chad Hartley group president of infrastructure unit
Astec Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTE) announced that Chad Hartley will join the company as Group President – Infrastructure Solutions on May 11, 2026. Hartley will also serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Hartley most recently served as President, Conveyance Solutions at Regal Rexnord, a NYSE-listed global manufacturing company. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at the same company, where he led commercial strategy.
During his career at Regal Rexnord and Emerson Electric, Hartley held leadership roles across operations, supply chain, sales, marketing and general management. His experience includes an expatriate assignment in Shanghai, China, where he served as Vice President & General Manager.

Astec Industries manufactures specialized equipment for asphalt road building, aggregate processing and concrete production. The company's operations are divided into two primary business segments: Infrastructure Solutions and Materials Solutions.
