IsoEnergy establishes new C$50 million at-the-market equity program

April 20, 2026 5:58 AM

IsoEnergy Ltd. (NYSE American: ISOU) announced it entered into an equity distribution agreement with Virtu Canada Corp. and Virtu Americas LLC to establish an at-the-market equity program worth up to C$50 million.

The program allows the uranium company to sell common shares through ordinary broker transactions on the NYSE American, Toronto Stock Exchange, or other marketplaces at prevailing market prices. The new program replaces a previous at-the-market equity program announced June 2, 2025, which has been terminated.

IsoEnergy reported a cash position of $135.1 million and an equity portfolio valued at $52.6 million as of December 31, 2025. The equity portfolio includes marketable securities in companies such as NexGen Energy Ltd., Premier American Uranium Inc., and Atha Energy Corp.

"The ATM Program is not being established to address any immediate capital requirements," said Philip Williams, CEO and Director of IsoEnergy. "Instead, it preserves optionality, allowing the Company to act opportunistically in support of future growth, strategic initiatives, and balance sheet strength."

The company plans to use any net proceeds from the program for general corporate purposes, including funding corporate and project overhead expenses, financing capital expenditures, debt repayment, technical studies and exploration in the United States and Australia, and working capital additions.

The TSX has conditionally approved the listing of common shares that may be issued under the program. IsoEnergy has applied for authorization from the NYSE American for listing such shares. The company is not obligated to make any sales under the program.

The program operates under prospectus supplements filed April 17, 2026, in Canada and the United States, related to the company's base shelf prospectus and registration statement filed January 13, 2026.
