Navan Inc. (NASDAQ: NAVN) announced that Anne Giviskos will leave her position as Senior Vice President, Strategic Finance and Chief Accounting Officer effective April 17, 2026.

Chief Financial Officer Aurélien Nolf will assume the role of principal accounting officer following Giviskos' departure, according to a company statement.
