La Rosa Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: LRHC) announced the upcoming release of My Agent Account 5.0, scheduled for fall 2026. The real estate and PropTech company previewed the platform at Legacy Summit 2026, according to a company statement.

The platform upgrade introduces integrated e-signature management, allowing agents to prepare, send, track and manage documents within the transaction workflow. The system includes multi-party signing capabilities, real-time status tracking, secure document storage and audit trails accessible on desktop and mobile devices.

My Agent Account 5.0 features an AI-powered Transaction Coordinator designed to monitor transaction milestones and deadlines, surface required actions, deliver reminders and identify compliance gaps. The platform also includes enhanced task management, people management and a Customer Portal for sharing transaction updates and documents with clients.
