Repligen Corporation (NASDAQ: RGEN) opened its third global training and innovation center at its manufacturing facility in Breda, the Netherlands, according to a company statement.

The new Repligen Training & Innovation Center operates within the company's OPUS Pre-packed Chromatography Columns manufacturing site. The facility features product exhibits and demonstration areas designed to provide customer support and hands-on experience with bioprocessing solutions.

The Breda location joins existing training centers in Waltham, Massachusetts and Tokyo, Japan. An opening event held April 15 welcomed biopharmaceutical and contract development and manufacturing organization customers.

"The center provides a site for workshops and hands-on training for our technical teams and customers, while also highlighting our increasingly broad and diversified portfolio and end-to-end bioprocessing capabilities," said Olivier Loeillot, president and chief executive officer of Repligen.

The facility displays bioprocessing technologies from across Repligen's manufacturing sites, including upstream intensification devices, downstream offerings such as chromatography columns and filters, and capital equipment systems. The center also features analytical solutions and fluid management products.

Repligen develops bioprocessing technologies for biopharmaceutical drug developers and contract manufacturing organizations. The company operates manufacturing sites primarily in the United States, with additional locations in Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands and Sweden.
