LifeVantage Corporation (NASDAQ: LFVN) announced the appointment of Terrence Moorehead as president and chief executive officer, effective August 5, 2026. Moorehead will also join the company's board of directors.

Moorehead brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in direct selling and consumer products industries. He previously served as president and CEO of Nature's Sunshine Products from 2018 through 2025, where he led a transformation that increased revenue 45% and EBITDA 190%. His earlier roles included CEO positions at Carlisle Etcetera LLC and Dana Beauty, Inc., as well as various leadership positions at Avon Products from 1991 to 2013.

"Terrence has an outstanding track record of driving growth and scaling leading, global health and wellness brands," said Raymond Greer, chairman of LifeVantage's board.

The appointment follows the planned retirement of Steve Fife as president, CEO and board member, set to take effect on April 30, 2026. Current director Michael Beindorff will serve as interim CEO until Moorehead assumes the role, supported by executive advisors Kristen Cunningham, chief sales officer, and Carl Aure, chief financial officer.

LifeVantage, based in Salt Lake City, develops health and wellness products designed to activate cellular-level health processes. The company operates through independent consultants who sell products to customers and recruit other entrepreneurs.
