Nightfood Holdings signs supply deal with Foxconn and NUWA Robotics

Nightfood Holdings Inc. (OTCQB: NGTF), operating as TechForce Robotics, announced a supply agreement with Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (Foxconn) and NUWA Robotics Corp. to commercialize its robotic platforms.



Under the agreement, TechForce will define commercial requirements and market strategy for its robotic systems, while NUWA Robotics will handle engineering development and system integration. Foxconn will serve as the contract manufacturer, responsible for manufacturing, assembly, testing, and product delivery according to TechForce's specifications.



TechForce will retain exclusive ownership of all product-related intellectual property. The company has completed pilot programs in hospitality and service environments over several years to validate performance and optimize its Robotics-as-a-Service model.



"This agreement represents the culmination of years of development and validation," said Jimmy Chan, Chief Executive Officer of Nightfood Holdings Inc. "We have spent the last several years building, testing, and refining our robotics platform in real-world environments. With those pilots successfully completed, we are now ready to scale."



NUWA Robotics, founded in 2016, describes itself as a provider of AI-powered service and interactive robotics with over 20,000 robots deployed worldwide. The company offers hardware, SLAM capabilities, and AI cloud systems across commercial, healthcare, retail, and industrial sectors.



Foxconn operates as a contract manufacturer for technology companies globally, providing manufacturing and supply chain services across multiple industries.
