Datavault AI launches GPU network sites in New York and Philadelphia

April 16, 2026 9:21 AM

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced the launch of its first edge GPU computing sites in New York and Philadelphia, marking the initial deployment of a planned 48,000-GPU network across more than 100 U.S. cities by the end of 2026.

The company estimates the fleet's market value at $1.44 billion to $1.92 billion based on current Hopper- and Blackwell-class GPU pricing. The network will be distributed across 1,000 urban micro-edge sites, with each location supporting up to 48 GPUs configured for AI inference and high-performance computing workloads.

Commercial availability of the full GPU fleet is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026, with approximately 30 additional city activations targeted by early July 2026. The company plans for the nationwide network to be revenue-generating by year-end 2026.

The infrastructure is built on Available Infrastructure's SanQtum AI platform, which provides quantum-resistant architecture with post-quantum cryptography. Datavault AI's proprietary technologies, including DataValue, DataScore, and Information Data Exchange platforms, will run directly on this secured GPU infrastructure.

"The GPU supply crisis has created a two-tier market - hyperscalers with capacity and enterprises waiting in a year-long queue," said Nathaniel T. Bradley, founder and CEO of Datavault AI. "Our quantum-ready fleet, built on SanQtum AI's cyber-secure edge architecture, gives enterprises a path to secure AI compute, data scoring, and tokenized monetization without waiting for hyperscaler allocations."

The network is designed to operate outside the hyperscaler supply chain, which has absorbed the majority of current GPU capacity and created extended lead times for enterprises seeking high-performance computing resources. The air-cooled, lower-power design aims to bypass power-grid and coolant constraints that have limited hyperscale expansion.

Datavault AI provides data monetization, credentialing, digital engagement, and real-world asset tokenization technologies. The company is headquartered in Philadelphia.
