RBC Capital analyst Daniel Perlin reiterated a Sector Perform rating and $20.00 price target on Rocket Cos Inc. (NYSE: RKT).

The analyst commented: "While the shares of RKT have bounced around given the recent movement in mortgage rates, we believe the long-term value associated with fully integrating the home buying process (front-end brokerage, mortgage origination, and servicing) should create material operating leverage as mortgage volumes ramp. Nevertheless, we acknowledge the uncertain macro backdrop, current rate environment, and potential incremental inflation, which keeps us at Sector Perform and would look to get more constructive as near-term catalysts emerge."
