April 15, 2026 7:50 AM

Volatus Aerospace Inc. (TSX: FLT) announced it secured a multi-year training contract with a NATO-allied government ministry through a competitive procurement process.

The Montreal-based aerospace company said the contract has an initial two-year term with renewal options that could extend the total value to approximately CAD $2.1 million. The agreement requires Volatus to design, develop and deliver training programs for security and law enforcement personnel.

Under the contract, Volatus will provide curriculum development, instruction and capability transfer services aligned with operational requirements in regulated environments. The training programs will focus on uncrewed systems and autonomous aerial technologies.

"This award reflects the continued evolution of Volatus Aerospace as a trusted partner to government and defence stakeholders," said Glen Lynch, Chief Executive Officer. "Our ability to deliver integrated training programs, supported by operational experience and technology development, positions us to support long-term capability building for our partners."

The company said the contract supports its strategy to expand internationally while exporting Canadian aerospace capabilities to allied markets. Volatus operates as a global aerospace and defence company providing uncrewed systems, aerial intelligence and operational services.

The agreement builds on Volatus' platform that integrates training, operations and technology development to support deployment of uncrewed and autonomous systems. The company provides unmanned aerial systems, aerial intelligence services, autonomy software and training solutions for civil infrastructure, public safety and defence markets.
